The game uses several resources with different jobs. Read the currency icon and total on a purchase or service before confirming it.
Know what you are spending#
| Resource | Common role |

| Gold | Everyday shops, services, upgrades, and player trade |
| Vouchers | Voucher Store services, including eligible energy refills |
| Premium Gems | Premium purchases and services shown in the relevant store |
| Faction tokens | Offers from the matching faction in the Ambassador Store |
These resources are not interchangeable. Services can also have daily limits or other requirements, even when you have enough currency. The in-game offer is the place to check the current cost and conditions.
What Premium changes#
Premium includes a larger energy regeneration capacity, faster energy regeneration, and access to regenerating premium summon spheres. Check the Premium screen for the benefits available to your account. Extended Gallery is a separate voucher purchase that expands the space for displaying items.
Free summoning remains a separate sphere pool. Visit Summoning to understand its storage and refill behavior.
Make your profile your own#
Open Appearance from your profile to choose owned backgrounds and full looks. Use the preview to see your style before applying it. Cosmetic set items unlock their included cosmetics when used from inventory; available choices depend on what you own and can equip.
You can also personalize your biography and display eligible items in your gallery. Extended Gallery provides more display space through its separate voucher unlock.
Check your status#
Open the Premium and payments area to see whether Premium is active, its end or renewal date, and purchase history. A timed grant and a renewing subscription can appear differently, so read the status shown for your account.
Offers, pack contents, and availability can vary with the game's current release phase and purchase platform. Use the live store for current details rather than relying on a fixed price list.
Manage purchases#
The payments area provides purchase records and access to billing management where supported. Subscriptions purchased through an app store are managed through that store; the interface directs you to the appropriate place.
If a confirmed purchase is still delivering, check its status and keep its purchase reference available when contacting support.
